For the past few weeks, General Kahinda Otafire alias Hippopotamus, commonly known within UPDF as Afande R0/0014 has been subjected to a serious hostile online campaign against his persona for crimes committed on orders of his boss despot Museveni.

The free thinker General who normally speak his mind and has not shied away from time to time to call off criminal despot Museveni’s bloody policies, is being targeted by a section of social media noisemakers working for the brutal ruler visibly with an aim to degrade his reputation.

The serving general is being attacked on crimes of land grabbing, laundering of public funds related to pensions, using excessive power against colleagues and insubordination towards legislators and his superiors, all on orders of criminal despot Museveni.

While some of the alleged accusations are true in nature, anybody who knows how the bloody junta regime of criminal despot Museveni functions will understand that the ruler of Matooke Republic wants just to get rid of the general, who according to his cronies has become a nuisance and a reliability.

Since the beginning of his 7th term, criminal despot Museveni reactivated the plan of cleansing his old guards, those that were seen as a menace to his senile rule. In the same campaign, battle hardened Generals like Kasirye Gwanga, Paul Lockech, Elly Tumwine and others were all eliminated to pave the way for new young blood.

General Kahinda Otafire just like many others that are still serving the brutal dictator, is going to join a long list of used, abused, dumped and killed senior military officials, because the bloody ruler of Uganda cares about nobody else other than himself and his immediate family.

Being a general in criminal despot Museveni’s Uganda or serving him makes zero sense when your time clicks, the vampire ruler will send you six feet under and you will be history. It is just so saddening that a general in Uganda is as good as rodent in a lab.
