Museveni’s yellow envelope didn’t stop Oulanya’s father from saying he killed his son
The EU’s human rights chief on Wednesday voiced concern about the torture of detainees in Uganda and other rights abuses, calling on tyrant Yoweri Museveni to ensure there is action to stop the practices, not just empty words.

As of yesterday, the death toll of people in Karamoja killed on instructions of coward despot and criminal Museveni was clocking 500. These are innocent Ugandans being killed because they refused to surrender their land and cattle to criminal Museveni and his cabal of scavengers.
Despot Museveni and his family have really burdened the poor Ugandan taxpayer! They enjoy five star treatment even for a toothache abroad! But enslaved Ugandans don’t even have aspirins in so called hospitals.
Museveni has transformed a weak state into a thieves’ enterprise, a successful sustainable criminal enterprise that kills government officials and uses their death to manipulate grieving loved ones and swindle taxpayers’ money to his benefit.
