A very horrific video footage has been doing the rounds online showing a man in a yellow Tee-shirt with the words “NRM” inscribed at the back torturing another man. The torturer is seen using hot melting plastic which he holds as it drips on the naked man, restrained and tied to the ground with barbed wire writhing in apparent excruciating pain.
