During a previous court appearance, Muhydin Kakooza raised his voice in protest before the judges, stating that the charges against him and his colleagues were trumped-up and politically motivated because they support NUP. The group was again supposed to appear for another hearing yesterday but a big number of them, including Muhysdin Kakooza, were not present. Prison officials lied that those missing had been “taken for mental examination!”

That’s how Kagutema’s kangaroo courts conduct business, long-suffering citizens of the Matooke Republic know too well!

In the evil Museveni’s regime methods of brutally detaining opposition supporters, it is standard for even those scheduled for (kangaroo) court to go missing. Meaning someone from senile Museveni’s security agencies is finishing the detainees, either through torture or extrajudicial killing.

As dictator Museveni continues a protracted operation to create an “opposition-free Uganda” ahead of the next elections, he continues not only to create flimsy pretexts to round up more opposition supporters from streets and homes. 

Thousands of Ugandans that the senile despot perceives to be supporters of his main challenger are still languishing in different prisons and illegal military detention facilities. Very many others have simply disappeared without a trace. All this means Museveni is a very ripe candidate for The Hague, to answer for his unspeakable crimes.
