Senile dictator Museveni has time and again made it public that the lives of his slaves in the Matooke Republic are not his priority. The aging despot long ago distanced himself from Ugandans with contempt that he is not anyone’s “employee” nor “servant” and that he only works to enrich himself.

Sadistic and corrupt despot Museveni in the 2021 presidential elections swindled billions of funds, which were meant to revitalize the health sector. He instead used the funds in election fraud. This brought about a shortage of blood, gaps in transfusion services, scarcity of medical supplies, and scarcity of Human Resources )for lack of pay in hospitals), among other consequences.

Hence, citizens of the Matooke Republic are some of the most suffering people anywhere in the world.
