Senile Museveni’s usual paranoia kicked in yesterday when NUP Kyagulanyi’s wife- Barbara Itungo Kyagulanyi’s ‘Caring Hearts Uganda’ local NGO joined other women at Luweero in celebration. Dictator Museveni had already ordered the police to violently disperse attendees to the event with teargas, rubber bullets, and batons. On hearing that Barbara Itungo Kyagulanyi will be present, despot Museveni tasked a sniper to take advantage of the chaos to shoot Bobi Wine’s wife. By God’s grace, the sniper missed his mark.

For the arm-rotting Museveni, any positive initiative that includes NUP or its supporters, is considered a threat. Itungo’s celebration plan was specifically aimed at empowering economically young women who are victims of teenage pregnancies, rape, and child forced marriage by providing them with sanitary pads, scholastic materials, and other basic needs to name a few. But all the dictator could see was a competition against his aging and decaying regime.

The international women’s day celebration means nothing to tyrant Museveni. Plotting an assassination is what he does every time he hears of someone more popular. Facts are all over the internet, pictures, and videos where he says it clearly that he intends to finish NUP and its supporters. The very same security operatives who teargassed people are the same who torture, beat, and arrest women under dictator Museveni’s direct orders; asking one of his gunmen to shoot Itungo is too easy for him.

This year’s international women’s day event almost turned into a day of mourning for Kyagulanyi’s family and his supporters just because of tyrant Museveni’s wickedness and insecurities.

Dear Ugandans, this is the wicked dictator.
