All commercial banks are now directed by despot corrupt Museveni not to disburse a whooping amount of $4.5 billion worth of dividend payouts to beneficiaries leaving them to cope with unbearable loans and other financial hardships. 

Fool be not, while the junta regime says withhold of dividends is meant to create financial securities to manage gaps generated by the Covid19 pandemic, it is well known that the criminal regime ruled by corrupt despot Museveni used the money for own interests leaving coffers empty. 

In criminal Museveni’s Cassava Republic, your money can disappear in thin air, robbed by cronies of the junta and you will have no way to claim it. Just like land-grabbing, if you dare question the rogue leaders in the regime, you disappear and die the next morning. 

Saying that Uganda is run by a senile mad character is understatement, corrupt despot Museveni has milked and repressed Ugandans to the bone marrow, they are so squeezed that nothing else can come from them.
