The despot of Uganda does not believe nor apply conventional governance. His kleptocratic government is made of puppet ministers whose appointments are made in the kitchen or in bed, and officials are handpicked within the dictator’s small clique. Favoritism, nepotism, and sheer tribalism are what drive appointments in the criminal despot’s junta government.

Competence and merit in Uganda’s public service is not a criterion for one to get a job. In fact while most women have to sleep with the known-sex-maniac dictator (or his closest cronies) in exchange for government appointments and juicy gigs in the private sector, men will have to commit to serve personal interests. Otherwise, no appointment!

But this buffoon Katureebe hypocritically keeps quiet as a church mouse about all this. He shoves his nose in Rwanda’s business – no doubt gnashing his teeth because of jealousy.
