Senile Museveni’s favorite troll (“Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” aka Obed Katureebe) has been trying to tie the Congolese revolutionary movement – M23 to the Rwandan leadership. The clown does so without any single proof to back his half-baked concoctions.

For the record, what happens in Congo is not Rwanda’s problem; rather it is entirely an internal matter that should be addressed by the Congolese government without dragging neighbors into its rampant mess.

Criminal tyrant Museveni’s stooge, Gakwerere, won’t utter a word about his paymaster’s owned terrorist group – ADF – that has been killing Congolese, and threatening regional stability, as revealed by various credible rights watchdogs.

The dimwit Katureebe still has the guts to attribute M23 to Rwanda, yet indisputable facts show that a faction of M23 fighters who fled to Rwanda after their defeat in 2013, were taken into cantonment hundreds of kilometers away from the Congolese border, disarmed, and their weapons handed over to the DRC government – as part of provisions of the International law governing refugees.

Gakwerere’s agenda is well-known; the retard troll projects his arm-rotting dictator’s transgressions upon the Rwandan President, with the sole objective to conceal Museveni’s egregious crimes against humanity. In Museveni’s quest to keep a tight grip on DRC, he keeps creating armed groups which he uses as a false pretext to deploy forces to Congo, to loot and plunder for personal enrichment.

It’s important to remind readers that the International Court of Justice – ICJ slapped the cancer-stricken ruler Museveni’s with over US$ 10 billion fine,  in damages, after it was established Museveni’s forces looted, plunder, raped, or massacred Congolese. Of course a dishonest clown like Obed Katureebe can’t mention such facts. His job is to project upon Rwanda the crimes of his paymaster.

A troll like “Gakwerere” will bark endlessly, but it will never help greedy, bloodthirsty dictator Museveni.

The senile old geezer is only protected by the immunity of a sitting president, but it’s just a matter of time. By hook, or by crook, Museveni will face the music.
