The ill disciplined and inept Congolese army, FARDC, captures innocent civilians, parades them as M23. But now the ever whining parrot of criminal despot Museveni Obed Katureebe aka “RPF Gakwerere” has gone bananas with smears that EACRF, specifically the Burundi contingent, “has been attacked by M23.” According to this smear, of course the uninformed reader is supposed to be deceived that “M23” is “under Rwanda”, i.e. “Rwanda is attacking Burundi!” This clown Katureebe (bitter nephew of Karegeya) becomes more unhinged every passing day.

In the circulated video, the paraded men, frail and with torture marks, are accused of having attacked positions of Burundi contingent in the EACRF in Masisi. None of them was in military attire or possessed any form of weapon.

One has to be as hopeless as Gakwerere to lure gullible followers into thinking that any contingent in the EACRF has the mandate to fight M23. What this lumpen of criminal despot Museveni is doing, just like his master, is trying to create confusion that M23 which he relates to RDF is fighting a regional force.

Both Gakwerere and his paymaster, the regional destabilizer and the arm-rotting dictator Museveni, want is to entrench hatred and try sow division between Rwanda and Burundi even when the two countries have been working hard to restore bilateral relationships.

Gakwerere and sickening propaganda from DRC are one and the same, in fact the goon has been working hard to get on Patrick Muyaya’s payroll but in vain. Only fools would fall for a pathetic lie about M23 attacking EACRF or the vice versa.

Inept FARDC can continue harass, persecute, parade and or kill innocent Congolese, but nothing will erase the fact that they are a failed army working for a failed and irresponsible government, not even the sickening propaganda of a buffoon like Gakwerere.
