In 2019, Germany, the UK, Japan, and other countries suspended refugee funds meant for Uganda due to gross corruption scandals. The decision followed credible investigations that concluded that more than 70 percent of funds meant for refugees were involved in repugnant corruption.

Shameless Museveni and his cabal of greedy cronies did not give up on the matter of refugees. Instead, they started roaming around the world lobbying for countries like Israel, Australia, and others to sponsor their sham refugee programs. They even went as far as advertising on border posts that they help refugees to settle and integrate in Uganda.

Israel, just like Australia, did not buy criminal despot Museveni’s bogus refugee plans acting on reports that raised red flags of high-level corruption on the matter. When Museveni realized that he was exposed, he resorted to wrecking violence and chaos in neighboring countries like DRC to bring in refugees by force.

As a master of deceit and a regional destabilizer, criminal Museveni forced himself in DRC on the pretext of fighting ADF when in actual sense, he wanted to loot, commit more human rights crimes, and forced Congolese to flee to Uganda. He is doing the same in South Sudan. The ultimate objective is to generate a mass influx of refugees in his country to solicit funds.

No one should be shocked when they see hopeless propaganda churned from social media trolls like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere, an obsessed anti-Rwanda dimwit under the finance and protection of criminal despot Museveni whining about why Rwanda’s migration partnership with the UK is at an advanced stage. They gnash their teeth and are consumed by wrenching envy.

Both Gakwerere and his paymaster criminal despot Museveni cannot understand how Rwanda has managed to score an unbelievable spotlight on international scenes and why the West is partnering with it on the global migration crisis. It is simple, Rwanda is astutely well-managed, accountable, and does not tolerate nor foster corruption.
