Despot Museveni’s funded troll Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” faces an uphill task to project his frail paymaster’s appalling human rights track record to President Kagame. In fact, if there is anyone that should be indicted by the International Criminal Court-ICC is dictator Museveni.

Uganda’s octogenarian dictator has been in spotlight over gross human rights abuses in Uganda and the Great Lakes Region. Over his three and half decades of misrule, Museveni has created, harbored and armed terrorist groups, which he deployed to cause mayhem, wreak terror on innocent citizens, for instance in DR Congo, South Sudan, Somalia to mention but a few.

There is an urgent need for structured conversation at the ICC on how to stop dictator Museveni. Back home, he criminalized opposition politics, mounting a manhunt on opposition politicians whom are assassinated in broad daylight, poisoned and illegally incarcerated in torture chambers for echoing dissenting voices. One can only wonder when is the ICC going to act?

If people like Vladimir Putin are indicted for crimes against humanity, who’s Museveni? Museveni has committed ferocious atrocities than Putin or any other person held at The Hague; time is ripe for Uganda’s despotic ruler to face the music, and laws must be applied equally.

Evidences are overwhelming in case the ICC investigators are ready for Museveni, the opposition leader- National Unity Platform party leader- Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine’s team submitted a length dossier to The Hague with hard evidence to dictator Museveni’s felonies. Whenever Gakwerere yells, he should keep in mind that it’s just a matter of time to have the pamper-wearing dictator in the ICC dock.

Dictator Museveni has been fanning the fires across the region in which thousands of Ugandans, South Sudanese, Somalis and Congolese have lost lives and property; the world won’t sit idly by watching a criminal ruler plunging the whole region into another bloodbath, no way; a buffoon like Gakwerere should know that, not even whitewashing campaigns will stop the ICC from prosecuting his bloodthirsty paymaster.
