Rwanda military reshuffle always causes a stir within hopeless anti-Rwanda goons. As people who make a living out of churning fictitious stories and lies after lies, any change in Rwanda’s leadership is like manna for the hungry.

The insane obsessed troll by the names of Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere is one of the goons, sponsored by criminal despot Museveni, that often go bananas exposing his lunacy every time Rwandan Head of State makes appointments and promotions in the Defence and Security apparatus.

Gakwerere always makes himself a clown by trying to confuse his gullible followers that he is knowledgeable about Rwandan affairs. Among his puppet followers, include criminal despot Museveni, his protector, confused Congolese and members of FDLR, RNC and other blacklisted terror, genocidal groups. The clod only does what he does to keep a pay-cheque from the arm-rotting dictator Museveni, who also swallows his gibberish stories about Rwanda in the name of appeasing his resentment (Enzigo) on Rwanda and its leaders.

What Gakwerere and his fellow minions on a mission of smearing Rwanda do not know, is that in countries where there is credible leadership, appointments, reshuffle and other administrative changes are a normal practice, unlike in his sponsor’s Uganda where people are appointed for life.

Criminal despot Museveni and Gakwerere, his barking dog, are ignorant of basic principles of democracy and how functional governments operate, that is why they get shocked whenever Rwanda’s appointing authority exercises its constitutional duty to conduct regular reshuffles.

In Uganda such exercises are only read in Books, if one is appointed into a public office, very often it is for life. Just like despot Museveni and his estranged wife Janet Kataha, Mwesigwa Makumbi have imposed themselves on Ugandans for the past 37 years by the barrel of gun.
