It is almost three years since the International Court of Justice instructed criminal despot Museveni to pay the Congo Government a whopping $325 million in compensation for heinous crimes he committed in DRC in late 1996.
The arm-rotting dictator Museveni in his usual deceitful ways, lied again that Uganda was going to pay the compensation in installments, but in vain. The bloodthirsty tyrant not only refused to pay, he quickly worked on another scheme of deploying his army in DRC under the pretext of fighting ADF, a terrorist group he created.
For the past two years, the bloody geezer sent his soldiers on two mandates. Some are in DRC under the fictitious motif of fighting ADF, while others, recently deployed, are part of EAC Regional Forces mandated with building peace in the war-torn country. You can be sure that before those two mandates come to an end, similar crimes especially those that relate to mineral looting, raping women, and other ferocious atrocities would have been committed.
What happens when an International Court of Justice rules a case, and there is no judgment enforcement? More international sanctions are looming against Uganda’s brutal despot Museveni.
Stay tuned!
