Yesterday at Entebbe, in the continuous waste of public funds to celebrate ‘Independence Day’, the ruler of Uganda, criminal despot Museveni met a group of delegates from different countries and leaders of various regional and international institutions.
As usual the despot did not discuss anything substantive, or serious relating to his country (or his foreign policy relations) with members of the diplomatic corps in his country. Predictably he took his guests through his usual useless, rambling speeche about colonialism, the NRA bush-war, in the usual borefest that shows how destitute his rule has become.
Knowing very well that he is diplomatically isolated, his country economically destitute (thanks to his thieving regime) and politically dysfunctional, all the bloody dictator has been trying to do is appeal for sympathy. Thus, the long-suffering resident diplomatic corps in Uganda have to listen on the one hand to his rambling, tedious lectures, on the other hand the geezer is holding out the begging bowl!
For the past three decades and half, criminal despot Museveni has categorically failed on positive diplomacy. His regional and international so-called diplomacy have been nothing but a disaster. From trade disputes with neighboring states to firm sanctions by the West on his repugnant bloody leadership and corruption, the despotic ruler has proven what elders used to call him an unsecure loner.
Despot Museveni might throw as many lavish parties at his State House lodges to win sympathy for foreigners (some of them he openly bribes or promise economic favors) but he will never cleanse his bloody image internationally. He remains a brutal ruthless corrupt despot that has held Ugandans as slave for almost four decades.
