100 oxygen cylinders went missing from Jinja Referral Hospital, in eastern Uganda, yesterday. The cylinders were supplied by the government in line with Covid19 measures.

Museveni’s “Health Monitoring Unit” has released on bond the Executive Director of Mulago National Referral Hospital, Dr. Byarugaba Baterana for a couple of days, over alleged mismanagement of the hospital’s resources, medicines, and equipment. Baterana was upon his release interdicted from his job, and he is currently under house arrest.
